Engineering – Customer Relationship Management

Pure Thermal faced multiple challenges with their existing CRM solution, which included:

  • High licensing costs for off-the-shelf CRM solutions.
  • Limited customization options.
  • Lack of seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
  • Poor user adoption due to a complex interface.

The goal was to develop an intuitive, scalable, and cost-effective CRM system tailored to their specific needs.

Pure Thermal decided to build a CRM system using Microsoft Power Platform, leveraging the following components:

  1. Power Apps: For developing a custom CRM interface accessible via web and mobile.
  2. Power Automate: To automate workflows such as lead assignment, follow-ups, and notifications.
  3. SharePoint lists: As the primary data repository for storing customer information.
  4. Power BI: To generate insightful reports and dashboards.
